How is GO! digital content accessed?
GO! digital content is accessed online or using the One Third Stories Companion app for iOS and Android.
Is GO! digital content available online and offline?
GO! digital content is available online for the web-based version and using the One Third Stories Companion app. GO! digital content is also available offline using the app.

How long will I have access to GO! digital materials?
For monthly GO! and Story Box+ subscribers, GO! digital content is available until you cancel your subscription. You will have access to your materials for the remainder of the plan month.

Is One Third Stories suitable for kids of any age?
Our Story Boxes are aimed at kids aged 4-9, but we know that lots of younger and older children love them too. If you aren’t sure, we suggest trying a monthly subscription to see if One Third Stories is right for your child.
What is the Book Bundle and how much does it cost?
Our Book Bundle is a pack of six new storybooks for kids to enjoy, without any supplementary materials. A Book Bundle costs $74.99.
How can I help my child pronounce the new language correctly if I don’t speak it myself?
Don’t worry! Before you receive each month’s Story Box, we’ll email you a link to an audiobook of that month’s story. Our audiobooks are narrated by some fantastic native speaker voice actors, and they provide authentic models for how every new word is pronounced. Audiobooks can be streamed or downloaded.
Where can I find my audiobooks?
We’ll send out an email with every box with a link to your audiobook. You can also find the URL on the title page of each of your storybooks.
Will you be producing any more stories? How about stories for adults?
Currently, we have no plans to create any more stories – but we’re always very much open to suggestions! We love hearing suggestions for new books and activities, so send yours to [email protected] and we’ll keep you updated by email.
Can my child start a course at a more advanced stage than Story Box 1?
All of our courses advance in difficulty as they progress. If you think it would be appropriate for your child to start at a higher level, contact us at [email protected] and we can discuss which Story Box would be best for your child to get started with.
Orders and payment
How can I cancel my order?
Cancelling any order is easy – simply email us at [email protected] or do it yourself from your account by following these instructions.
- Log in to your account
- Hit the button saying ‘Edit’ under ‘Your Subscriptions’
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and hit ‘Cancel Subscription’
- Select a reason, type in any feedback you’d like to give us and hit ‘Yes, please cancel’
Can I pause my subscription?
Of course! You can pause your deliveries for 1, 3 or 6 months whilst you catch up on the stories you’ve already sent.
To pause, just send us a pause request and we’ll get right on it.
Can I pay by Purchase Order?
Please contact us if your organization would like to pay by purchase order.
Two payments have left my account but I still haven’t received anything - why is this?
Sometimes, unforeseen factors, such as severe weather, may impact delivery times. If this happens, let us know at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to pause your subscription for a month so that you can enjoy your previous box before the next one is shipped.

My order still hasn’t arrived - where is it?
If you’re in the UK, you should receive your Story Box 3-5 days after the delivery date given in your order confirmation email.
If you’re in the US, you should receive your Story Box 2-3 weeks after the delivery date given in your order confirmation email.
Please note that some delivered are being affected by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Deliveries to the US and rest of world may take up to 4-6 weeks.

Can I have my prepaid boxes shipped all in one go
If you’d prefer to receive all of your prepaid boxes all at once rather than monthly, we’d be delighted to arrange this for you. Simply email us at [email protected].
Can I track my order?
If you’re a UK customer, simply send an inquiry email to [email protected] and we can provide tracking information. US customers should receive their tracking numbers in their shipping emails. Unfortunately, we cannot provide tracking to Canadian customers.
