1. Locate your products and generate an invoice.

Use this FORM to review and select your desired products. Follow the directions on the form to select products and generate an invoice.  All of the necessary information will be emailed to you  and will also be attached in pdf form. Follow the directions in the email to submit your claim to KEEP. If you do not receive the email or pdf invoice, please contact us at [email protected].

2. Submit a claim and upload your invoice to KEEP.

Go to the KEEP app, submit a claim, and upload the invoice. This brief VIDEO provides instructions for logging in, finding One Third Stories, and submitting a claim in the KEEP system.

3. KEEP will notify us once your claim is approved and we’ll ship your order.

KEEP will review your claim and notify us when it has been approved. Once we are notified of the approval, we will verify and ship your order. We will also email you a tracking number and your audiobook links. We typically verify and ship your order within 1-2 business days of receiving KEEP notification!

Who can benefit from One Third Stories?

We think One Third Stories is best for children ages 4-9 who fit into one or more of these groups:

  • Have no background knowledge of another language
  • Participate in other language-learning routines at home or school and would benefit from fun practice
  • Come from a family with a cultural heritage that families would like to stay connected to
  • Love reading and listening to stories (Why not learn a language while your at it?)

Can I get a refund?

KEEP does not allow refunds. If there is an issue with the product that you’ve been sent, please contact us at [email protected]

Do we need to start on Story Box 1?

Our story boxes are generally designed to build on one another. However, there are some exceptions. In our product FORM we’ve tried to list the target words and phrases in each box as well as any recommended story boxes.

How long will it take to receive my product?

Once we receive notification that KEEP has approved your claim, we will verify your claim and ship your products to you. We typically verify and ship your product within 2 business days of notification. We ship via USPs media mail and shipping times vary based on your location. Shipping times typically range from 2 to 9 days. You will receive a tracking number so that you can track your shipment once it leaves the fulfillment center.
