2. Once you’ve shared your request with your charter school, they will send us a purchase order.
3. When we receive the purchase order from your charter school, we will ship the desired products to you!

1. Your charter school will visit the Choose Your Language page on our site and select the desired language and product. Auto-renewing subscriptions not allowed? We’ve got you covered! Your charter school can either buy the 12 pack (not a subscription), or purchase any subscription and immediately cancel it. When you’re ready for your next installment, simply let your charter school know and they can select the next installment for you at checkout.
2. We will ship the product to the “ship to” address provided at checkout and email a tracking number to the email address provided at checkout.
3. We will send an email invoice to the email address provided at checkout and the holder of that email address can log in to the One Third Stories system and download a pdf version.

Before purchasing, be sure to check our approved vendor list (if that status is required) and check with your charter school for any “cut-off” dates for product purchases.

If you’re unsure of your charter school’s purchasing process, it’s always best to check with the school’s staff. Here are some questions you can ask:

• Do I have funds available to purchase books and other learning materials?
• What is the process to use funds to purchase books and other learning materials? Does the charter school use purchase orders or buy directly on the vendor (company’s) website? Am I required to purchase first and get reimbursed? If so, what is the reimbursement process?
• Does the vendor/company need to be an approved vendor? Is One Third Stories an approved vendor? What is the process if I want a company to become an approved vendor?
